So We need advise! After Inventory our GM decided to step down! We have call ethics many times to report A person that has been working in there for 18 years I guess, she has been bullying people all this years, our GM the is gone decide to give her the front end manager development job, she been treating all this people like trash, saying mean things to most of them, she’s races she has tell so many people she doesn’t like black folks I mean is bad, we report her so many times with now gone GM we have call ethics and wow is amazing the other day one my co workers had an anxiety attack because of her is really bad. We don’t know what to do anymore with this situation. Another situation we have is merchandise manager cut all Hispanic, black and white associates part time hours and all the people is from his country part time associates almost have same hours as the full times, and ethics is NOT HELPING SO WHY IS CBLS IF NO ONE WILL HELP!

There is no more respect the individual, its all about credits upgrades.Our front end people get hired and quit so fast it's ridiculous. One mtl at our club in Denver is such a but kisser it's so funny plus he treats the members like cr-p.Gets severL complaints but never got written up .Sam aWalton is rolling over in his grave .Nobody cares .
