Step 1 - fire 100% of the union workforce.
Step 2 - fire 90% of the management workforce who aren’t “hardcore” enough.
Step 3 - watch as the FCC fines roll in because nobody is maintaining the network and 911 calls are failing more often than not.

Elon is a tool, and he has no interest in actually running a company. He just likes shiny objects.

I don’t know anyone who listens to that guys and says “ooh there’s a guy I would run through a wall for…”

The “next in line” mentality got us to where we are.

Brand new leadership from the outside is what is sorely needed.

Sadly, this would likely require the BOD to take action and it is clear they aren’t going to do that.

Succession of same, need someone with successfully leadership experience that would get the company focused back on core business and repair the culture rot. Bring back merit and boot or demote, incompetence.

leggs is the perfect example of outside "talent"

  • can't relate to those in his org
  • zero empathy for employees
  • no common sense to keep top talent its a numbers game
  • no authority to push back, obey the top of the ladder
  • higher chance of offering those in his org for layoffs
