Some of our retirees, the people who built this future for us, now find themselves too-often suffering economic hardship.
These men and women should be given the most respect, should be honored as our predecessors who built this industry in which you and I were lucky enough to have now landed a career within.
For some financially-hurting retirees, those individuals that dedicated their lives and served their company well, they deserve continued recognition for their contributions and sacrifices that assured this enterprise's current and continuing success. It was accomplished by building upon the foundation of their efforts, on their now too-oftentimes endlessly suffering backs.
They have earned and are long-passed due, their DESERVED COLA.

Most have no pensions. I have gotten 1.5% salary increase past 3 years. VSP will supplement retirement, but 35 years of saving is the answer. There is no charity here.
everyone should get aleast a cola inc every year to keep up with inflation..
Cola? I'd just be happy with them raising the employee/retiree discount back to 35 or even 50%

Sure I’ll just go, nowait I have absolutely no control or input into such thing nor does anyone else who might read it? Why not try writing the presidential candidates and see if maybe they’ll take up the cause for a “campaign promise”.
