The target was not a headcount number but savings number. They had a specific $$ savings target and not a headcount target. I think they implied they hit their savings target for 2024. They will have a new $$ savings target for 2025.

they very pointedly did not say what their target was/is. definitely spoke kind of around the idea that there were very big changes coming. Where I work almost the entire management team took the VSP or is leaving otherwise.
Is that above or below the target for GN&T? I missed today’s call.
My SVP reported 11% and VP reported 7%. Relived to be one of them.
