they were better under SunTrust.
Stick it to the man by not using them - that will show management just how you feel
Can't wait to use my Purpose Points to get a dozen Truist Championship golf ba--s and hit them in the water hazard or in the woods....I do that anyway with my others, will just be more fun seeing those go by-by......
Actually, it was over 700 points for the $40 Macys’s item. I think that was over $500 in expense to Truist.
kindergarten. Bill you manage adults.....
I worked more and better before the B/S inconsistently applied RTO/WFH policy. Not the person you lost control of your emotions on btw.
"WFH privileged teammates" bullsh-t. You want to share your daily workload or the number of hours you work per week? What privileges do you envision?
Look, I'm a disgruntled teammate for many reasons like unfair RTO verses other WFH privileged teammates, a "slap in the face" 1% raise, ect, but I've been rewarded lots of points so I can't complain on this subject. This seems petty. Just saying!
I think it cost the bank over $200 in points for a $40 item I could have bought at Macy’s.
The points are one of the few good benefits they haven't cut. You don't have to get Truist merch...there are 1000's of regular products to pick from. I'm happy when I get points, then I spend hours of company time figuring out what to get.
I am so mad that my colleague gets purpose points but I don’t. 😡🙁
