They fire Laurie. They hire someone who has absolutely no experience in the insurance industry to replace her. Beat around the bush at the last 2 town halls about getting rid of “duplicate positions” whatever that consists of. They have NO clue what they are really doing other than digging a deeper hole than what we’re already in. What’s next do I dare ask?

They know what they are doing and it’s about time to clean house and cut all the fat. So many big mouths and people who have not done anything for paycheck just sitting around complaining. Bring on the cuts we will all be better off.
CVS will be a unique case study in the future on how a company puts so much focus on DEI, mental health, and “Heart at Work”, that they completely forget they’re a corporate company with stakeholder expectations. And stakeholder expectations will not be met by laying off people; but instead will be met by hiring top talent, being innovative, and being a true game changer in the healthcare industry.
Management has no clue what they're doing. They still haven't figured out reorg's and work not getting done by outsourcing. If it's done by outsourcing it's wrong and has to be fixed. Never seen company morale so low but yet everyone lies on the annual surveys that everything is fabulous. Things need to change and they need to change for the better. Sorry Karen, you keep digging things deeper.

HR is HR. Do you really need insurance specific HR? Do you need any experience to work in HR?
