Judging from all the d-mba$$ questions and comments regarding VSP and what was easily found in the FAQ it appears reading and comprehension are not requirements for employment.
I am constantly amazed at the questions that are easily found in the FAQ. This is a truly huge decision that we've made and so many people seem like they didn't read anything before making a decision. I read the entire FAQ four times, even the things that didn't have anything to do with me. Questions 74 75 & 76 will give you everything you need to know. Question 121 has to do with taxes on that vacation payout.
Vacation paid on what would have been your next regular payday after separation. Severance soon after but I don't recall reading that was tied to any pay cycle...
It should come on the next scheduled payday which would be 9/27 if not mistaken.
Separate check after your separation date
It will be a separate check for your unused vacation hours, it will probably come before the actual severance check. Congratulations and good luck to you. There is life after VZ.
