Forum Registration numbers down

The clients are talking with their wallets and they don't feel we are worth the trip to Vegas. Considering they opened registration way earlier this year, they are trending behind last year and way behind the stated goal of 3200 for this year. Today they started asking client facing individuals to find out why 1200 people who came last year are not registered for this year.

And yet every client I know not attending Forum has attended multiple other events this year. Its a conscious choice not to go to Forum.

No need to go to forum when looking at moving to the competition

Forum is expensive, clients already feel like they are paying too much for Fiserv product and the economy is slowing. The Chaos that is Frank is catching up with him. He hates Forum anyway.

Forum is dead as mentioned Frank ki-led used COVID as a catalyst. Say what you will about JY but he was a master at Forum every FI C-suite exec met him personally even just for a few minutes. FB won't even return their calls.

If they want the numbers up they will just throw out some complementary registrations and some free hotels.

This is really going to deflate Katie. When the emptiness of seats becomes immediately apparent and they move the last remaining victims to seats next to each other for the photo op to make it look like attendance was "busting at the seams", this will be disheveling to Couric's pride, don't you think?

So Frank's plan to ki-l forum is working?

Asking client-facing individuals why they’re not attending is ridiculous and well outside your job description. That would irk the he-l out of me.
