Since they say the severance check comes a few weeks after last day worked, will those off in Dec get the payout in Jan ? Or will they rush it to get it in 2024 ?

ltm+1u0XtmUu You cannot sign your paper work earlier than 15 days before your off payroll date and they have 30-45 days to process. No way to have it issued by 12/31. Additionally, your 2024 bonus won't be paid until February.
I would think they would want to payout as much as they can by 12/31. It’s possible if someone signs off early on their release paperwork.

It's clearly (VERY CLEARLY) stated in the FAQ. If you got the offer, you got the information.

yes... you have 45 days after last working date. so it falls under 2025 for DEC let goes
