HR reads those surveys and knows exactly who wrote them and what they wrote. I caught my HR rep using my survey against me by commenting on things I wrote in my survey a couple years ago. Be thankful they got rid of them.
They are required to read whatever you put into the comments. What is your favorite poem?
No need to read the article, everything you need to know is in the URL. Dell, like fiserv, has taken the route of discontinuing the employee surveys and doing away with pretense that they care at all about employees.
