Racist white guy that cant stand that a few minorities and I imagine even our many Indian colleagues have jobs and thinks that's the reason he cant get ahead. God forbid a company employ some talented LGBTQ and disabled individuals who provide value or hire someone that may need sponsorship. I used to work in an office that was all white dudes and hiring bias is real. DEI and EEO are good things. At the same time anyone in a CRG do not get too attached to any work support system that can be ripped away from a layoff. That's the only reason I find the CRGS and other programs laughable is because CVS cannot give a sh-t.
I recall seeing a "colleague awareness about su----e prevention" on colleaguezone. Did they give any consideration to the 5000 people that got laid off's mental health? There's bigger problems than your bias here sir.
