Recently a big upset in my location that was the last straw for me. This company showed me they do not value the employees and we are all just a number. Witnessing an absolute injustice to a great leader who had our back. No motivation to work under this poor leadership or move up. Lost all respect for this company on so many levels. The glue is gone, and no one’s sticking around.

I was impacted earlier this year. Everybody I talked to still working there is basically under the working assumption that its only a matter of time before their number is up. Its an environment that makes it impossible for improvement given the constant flux in workgroups/responsibilities and the anxiety from team members constantly worried about RIFs every 90 days.
What groups in value were impacted?
Layoffs is value today
