I have been moving through banks, always trying not to get stuck in one for too long. I don’t know if it’s my particular team and my mgmt here, so it’s a subjective experience, or the culture of this bank is this bad, but I’ve never dreaded coming to work this much before. It's a textbook definition of toxic. How’re you all putting up with this??

It’s definitely Truist. I’ve worked at many banks and companies in various industries. Truist is the worst of them all! Can’t wait to get out and I won’t even put a 2 weeks notice in I have so much despise for this place
