Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Banking Clients

Just curious how are our banking clients doing today? I remember seeing we have lost several in the past year or two is this still happening?

As someone who made a move to an adjacent company and still has a lot of discussions with Fiserv clients, I can say I haven't heard a positive word about them since leaving. Many are leaving, and most want to leave but are hindered by unfavorable contract terms. In fact, those contracts are the only thing preventing a mass exodus. At this point, their "free" switch to another Fiserv core is not getting traction either. Execs are just riding this out to retire as wealthy as possible, employees and clients be damned. It's gross.

I do know clients will leave.. they will loose. Cardholders once they realize that their accounts are looked at by third world agents. United States callers complain a lot of language barriers, but not my problem anymore.

There are SVP's at banks that are ripping JG and other Fiserv Sr leaders new A-holes about the staffing issues for our products. Clients are complaining.

Fiserv doesn't notify us when our team members are laid off. Do you think they would tell us when we lose a client?

Don’t pretend you work here. It’s a pitiful way to try to get confidential information.
