Why is this company so toxic? The Singapore side is horrible as are some managers in the US. It’s really awful to be spoken to in a poor manner. Anyone else feeling this way?

Management is bad starting at Director to VP level. Jeff Yabuki babies worked a little upfront and got a free ride... Try to get them to accept real work today LMAO they will run you off.
Advice to Frank ... Fire all you managers that were Team Yabuki and bring in real working managers. Why do all the clients hate you? You Jeff management team 99% of your issues but what do I know..... well your clients and they are not and will never be happy.
Yes Yes Yes the directors and VP's in the banking world (Premier and Precison) in the US OMG all good boy network and are horrible..... None are good and kiss butt and lie horrible just because they have been around a long time they are entitled. the best management came in did great and yep the seniors get nerous they have to work and do their best to run them off. Stop complaining and leave it will never get better its a joke
It’s no secret that the biggest abusive, mentally unstable, person in the company runs APAC. Directly abusive to people at all levels, APAC HR is in his pocket so he is protected. Everyone afraid to speak up. No consequences for terrible behavior - so it continues.
I love my manager but she reports to a jerk and he replaced one of the best managers out there. I think its all the cr-p that gets pushed from the top down. I saw it at a large FI, when I worked there. The top pushes down the toxicity and makes some great people complete jerks. Fiserv is trending in that direction, some of this stuff is unsustainable and it will catch up with them at some point.
Needless to say, I pick some real winner companies to work for lol
