Looks like AE's are getting Sapience, an email went out today. We are work from the road so will be interesting to see how that translates into expectations. As expected a lot of unhappy people already.

O well, about time the rules applied to everyone and not a selected few.
RMs are too busy handling service issues to make their quotas. But hey no sales no Fiserv, capture that in your data ;)
Relationship Managers received the same notification.
Account executive / sales executive. The ones that know at Fiserv work sixty plus hours a week. Sapience won't bother them at all. Hitting their sales quotation is what counts.
Listen I have seen AE's on site during client meetings surfing the internet however they should not be expected to be on their PC's 8 hours a day.

Naming contracts generally have a clause requiring the venue to temporarily cover-up the sponsors logos if the sponsor does not wish to be associated with a particular event, but Fiserv does appear to have made such a request.

I don't doubt there will be upset AE's. Some run around on their own schedules and have been protected by a work from the road designation even when in the same city as an office.
