Do you think CMS will audit us more this year? Makes me worried about leadership actions

Agree Aetna was much better off as a stand alone company. Our stock was pumping. They weren't pushing the narrative on us. CVS brought Aetna down. No offense to the employees. Management blows. The person who nailed down all the elites is 100% speaking facts. No such thing as FTE's anymore just walk in Hartford it feels like you're in India. And I'm so over the threatening push to go back in the office. Prior to Covid many people had a WAH contract. This new management is voiding that even if the person WAH without any performance issues. What they don't think about is then money saved for people that WAH. Gas, clothes, food....we are in the worst economy.

There were only a handful of issues with this audit that was resolved. Not surprised that it took an outside audit to have changes made. This is the result of CVS cutting budgets and staff. Only items that are in the hot seat get addressed, while the rest is put on the back burner.

People are very upset on these pages which understand. I just hope a level head prevails and layoffs are avoided and a long term functional plan is put into place to turn company around.
Layoffs are just short term answers to problems and when things get better companies lose out because have to hire

What expect when hire a true Karen to run the organization, have Prem who thinks is a Kardashian- traveling everywhere and taking photos, Tom Cowhey more concerned about your pronouns, Tilak only digital concerned about is his banking account adding all those 1 and 0s for the salary pulling in for nothing. The list goes on and on for this leaderless team

I read the article (thanks for the link) and it screams carelessness vs intent to sc--w customers and providers. This isn’t any better for transparency (note Aetna was unwilling to do anything but brush it off as routine) nor for credibility. Aetna can look forward to seeing many more audits.

This is not surprising at all. Typical CVS doing shady stuff. Aetna was a much better company before CVS bought it.
