I found an opportunity outside Nike, Does Nike do an exit interview ? If yes, can you request if you can have it with HR instead of Manager ?

My exit interview was with HR, no manager. They spent the entire meeting arguing with me, telling me that my experience was not true and taking notes accordingly. It’s a waste of time.

I slipped away 5 years ago and I still get a paycheck. They never noticed I left

I voluntarily left two years ago. Specifically requested an exit interview. Never even got a reply to my request.

Nike doesn’t care when you leave. Which is also why it’s funny to see people come on here and threaten to quit.

I can always see HR reading that while thinking “Oh no, please don’t do that! LOL”

HR doesn't care. Your MGMT team doesn't care. ELT is giddy that you are gone. Why would you care? You are gone. Only people that care are you immediate coworkers. Do more with less, and less, and less.

What would you say? Dear Nike, you used to be amazing and treat your people well. This in turn made them bleed for you. There will be no more blood.

Just escape quietly and quickly and don't look back.
Remember this is more like a prison break.

No exit interview, and it's useless anyway. HR is there to protect the company. Don't bother airing out grievances.

Consider this: Your feedback is heard by a HR business partner who then have to report to his manager and his manager, being an a-s-kisser will not truly reflect those to his Sr Dir or whoever is above them fearing it may challenge their higher up. So Congrats and just leave. Save your energy. I plan to just drop them an email and resign when I find my new job. Absolutely no 2 week notice from me

They don't care and they won't act on any feedback. Save your energy for your new job. You won't miss Nike at all.

They don’t care why you’re leaving. Take the new job and run. Write a spicy Glassdoor review later. Congrats!

Had 2 team members who left before completing Finance Transformation. No exit interview. The co really no need to know what had gone wrong since its one of the best! Ego.

99% they will not do an exit interview.

You can ask to talk to your HR business parter, but good luck… they will mostly disregard everything you say
