They are out of touch with employees, out of touch with customers, out of touch with Wall Street, basically, completely out of touch with everything. Can somebody please explain how any of them still have their jobs? What do they need to do for somebody to show them the door?

Somebody should write a poem about it
It needs to go beyond JD. If JD is the only one let go, we'll all be in this for another year while the new CEO tries to figure out what JD and the ELT and their LT's have done. Nike has always promoted those that talk more than listen and kissed a$$, but this most recent "reorg" was more like putting people in place to agree with everything they want to do and not provide any good ideas or good leadership.
PK needs to hear from someone other than JD about what is going on.
