Sustainability means have giant concrete facilities that are half full with people, while keeping the lights, AC, TVs all on.
Not enough electric car chargers for people who are environmentally conscious and make people come to the office 4 days when our competitors do 3 days!!!!

Sustainability means making your employees drive to the office 4 days a week just to sit on Zoom calls.

The resource has be decimated and it does not feel like Nike is prioritizing this. You can say that they are, but actions speak louder than words!
Nike remains incredibly well resourced in this area. It will be fine.
Should go after the social/community roles too while they’re at it… They too have literally no output…
Sustainability lecture from a company where the CEO flies private everywhere, including on the weekend for personal use 😅
Bad for brand image but that team had literally no output. Better to consolidate with a clear strategy instead of having 150 people across desperate orgs spending resources going after the same thing.
