I work at a pretty high level at Fiserv. I’m worried with the senior leadership MC to MC-2. This company had many very smart and passionate folks, but a totally incompetent management. Not always (in fact I think mostly) not their fault, but a total lack of clear direction and priority from leadership and too many responsibilities for people managers meaning they are doing too much ground work and have no breathing room to lead, manage, and innovate. Some of the alignments going on seem positive for the clients and business to better support their own priorities BUT we still are not investing in our products or people and are not updating our root processes that are struggling. Just look at t all the frustration in the billing process and how easily it could change. As much as people don’t like it, things like the AP core consolidations, clean up of XD offerings, etc. ARE an opportunity to improve the products we offer and the way we support the client BUT there needs to be a lot of surrounding effort to make these changes a good client experience. I fully expect the stock will stay high or go up for a while, but the numbers don’t lie, sales attainment is low and our win/loss ratio is unfavorable. If we are not the preferred provider in M&A then we will quickly fade in market share.

My original Fiserv brethren! So good to hear from you. Yabuki was driving the company into the ground with his lack of tech investment. Too bad you’re too naive to understand the real truth. Jeff wanted the merger. If you’re upset with anyone, go take your pitchforks after him.

As long as the First Data clowns continue to run Fiserv, the company is a dead end. Theres no turning around this First Data clown show.

Fiserv is going to be dismantled and all the while C-suite will syphon anything they can. So there is no turnaround in the plans.

I personally think there's no saving this and it's time to leave, but I wonder how others feel.
