So institutional has Relationships Managers and Client Services Manager dropping like flies. Who is keeping the lights on? They are literally raising their hand with a big middle finger and saying no thank you. Survey results were Sh_T too but no one really addresses that. Make no mistake it’s the institutional work in this once great org that keeps the lights on, nothing else. I guess beating everyone to death with monitor, measure and manage has really back fired because no one wants to do the damn job. Maybe that sales enablement team should step in and show everyone how it’s done??? Let them see what the job is really like.

I’m looking forward to the promised newsletter to boost morale and survey results. Talk about tone deaf…
Spare a thought for the NCC people as well! 😂
Sales enablement lol
Bottom of the food chain is poor CSM’s. We are treated like sh-t by the RM’s, Plan Sponsors and our useless Management.
Paid the lowest in the chain.😞
I felt the survey shared yesterday was also bogus, it should be much lower.
I still don't get it why do we have Jim and K do the same job. Why was this sh---y sales enablement team created, never had one during Doug’s tenure. They just need to get rid of that group.
They are dropping like flies all across the board in critical operational roles. There is no appetite for backfills which tells me that TIAA is in rough financial shape.
Always at the bottom of the food chain but now it’s just insulting the way RMs are treated I have been job hunting for a few weeks now.
There are about 85 RM's today. I believe there were about 115 a year and a half ago.
That’s correct over a dozen RMs already many Senior.
And no backfills !!!!
