We were told about a 5% decrease in staffing within CCO. Multiple peers laid off even some at 15 years with company. Assuming this is bc call center LOBs moving to Vender sites.

Call center operations, yes what a sad day I was one of the ones affected after years with the company, ever since the first data merge this company has been trash . They should have left original fiserv, and never have converted to the stingy, unethical, money hungry goons. They took everything the usa agents did and extended it to third world countries. Leaving us jobless. Shame shame.
