Does anyone know what is the VSP package for Band 5? Is it the same 60 weeks max or more? I believe the regular severance for Band 5 is much higher, minimum of 39 weeks and max of 52 weeks. So a VSP of 60 weeks for Band 5s is not that much lucrative if the tenured ones can get 52 weeks with regular severance.

VSP for band 5 would only net an additional 8 weeks at max service, so yea, not much better than standard. RSUs should vest.
Std severance for band 5 is what original poster wrote, with min 39 weeks and max 52 weeks. Agree with OP that vsp is not very lucrative for band 5 in this case. There may ve other benefits like RSUs that vest with VSP that may make it worth… someone in B5 needs to comment to provide facts.
Standard B5 severance package is 2 weeks pay for every year of service. Difference here is an extra week per year of service. How much more lucrative depends on years of service.
