The revolving door at the Sr level IT positions is truly hilarious. The fact is it all starts at the top and Bill Rogers is the most uninspiring leader of any large corp I've ever known of.
I'm in total agreement that last IT Town hall was a total clown show. New hire Ashley R. lost me in less than 1 minute. The Sr. IT leadership team is the most unimpressive I've worked under in 35 years in IT. These are the same folks that think off-shoring all our jobs to India is a good idea.
CTO's situation has gone from being the Gomer Pyle show with the last guy Dan to now being the Andy Griffith show starring Aunt Bee.
Another high profile outside hire with all the credentials who SunTruist paid a lot of money to bring onboard. The SunTruist revolving door keeps going round and round. Starnes has made another one of these hires in risk with a former BCG among other places on his resume high profile expensive alleged talent.

I was looking at all those people on that call yesterday. That goober temp CTO sounds like she has the IQ of a turtle. The rest of those people that were there are id--ts. They think they know so much. No clue what the stuttering guy was mumbling about.

What awards? Does Truist have an award for their banking platform? BB&T had numerous.
All those awards for their online banking platform and they can’t even keep it up and functioning! Someone needs to be held accountable.
