Now that the program is live.. how do people actually feel? Did the business get a system of bugs with slow performance or was the shiny new thing actually a blessing which will help the business grow quick and fast?

What exactly happened to Adobe? Which adobe tools are those?
Yes, after investing more than 200m usd, they are decommissioning all the adobe software. Three years after started (and never really implemented).

I heard rumblings that someone at least fixed the Adobe thing somehow. I didn’t hear how or what that means. Maybe we need more that happening from legacy RL workings.
I’ve been at Nike a long time. And I STILL don’t know what SEC Mana is.
Sounds important. But there are a bunch of us working at Nike who don’t knowingly interact with it. Whatever it is.

It has su-ked to work through, but I do think it’s been a good hard reset on Tech overall. Tech became obsessed with micro service architectures and building “products”. In doing so, it strayed too far away from just supporting Nike business needs

I spend past 6 years on this project. I don’t know what to do now, it is that perfect.
Accenture su-ks, they’re half the reason people have been burned into the ground for this project.

I don't understand why are Nike teammates involved with this so deeply when we spend 100M+ on Accenture to implement this. what is Accenture doing? why don't we hold THEM accountable for this?
Delivered no business functionality improvements, corrected very few of the past SAP configuration mistakes, added layers of middleware, and pushed more business logic outside of the system of record. Solely a tool swap, at best maintaining the status quo. Will be more difficult now to improve or enhance business functionality. Will spend the next 5-10 years rehashing and rediscovering the same problems in a diffrent landscape.
It ruined my summer after ruining my Christmas holiday last year. Even if it runs flawlessly I’m not going to be happy.
