Whatever happens the supervisor and manager level, which is bloated, blind and totally self absorbed, will be retained. Why this is the case remains a mystery matched only by higher mgts lack of curiosity regards performance. So many people on staggering wages who could not run a bunnings sausage sizzle.
No reason not to move to Perth, particularly give that HOU will be toast by the end of this hurricane season. Also might want to most the Perth office further up the hill before sea level starts to rise.
If exploration and acquisitions continue at the pace set by MW we might as well relocate to Perth: When the Permian runs dry in a few years the centers of production will be ABU and TCO.
You may just be more concerned on the pending decision to temporarily relocate the boardroom management to the new ABU office due to the damage at head office.
Yes I hear they are head hunting in the ABU to fill very senior roles and board seats.
I don't worry about what other people working under completely different conditions earn, but that's just me.
It just absurd most in the ABU received a mid year bonus of 12.7%. Even with the latest outages why did they get that! Before you say they didn't I seen workday pays that back it up.
Its coming. the redundancy round to abu is on its way
First, the American Management has to shift any blame for cost over runs or terrible decisions to the respective host country, then promote how superior they are. ABU had their turn now its TCO.
No, that distinction definitely belongs to the Americans, I know, I AM one!
Australians are such whiners!!
ASAP, please!!!!
