Paragon-tomorrow awards

Does this dumpster fire of a company still waste millions on their over indulgent, scripted, cult like awards ceremony for “top performers”

I always called it the Para-Gone-Tomorrow award because it’s like getting the kiss of death. Seemed like these “top performers” always got the boot within a few years. Either they couldn’t sustain results, integrity issues, or realignments where the new DL or RD didn’t share in the excitement for the recipient.

I remember back with the old Triple S and RX metric score card. We used to have endure listening to field leaders sing the praises of a pharmacist who “had it all figured out”. Top of region and division for everything. Got the regional paragon. Months later fired for gaming the system.

Another was a national recipient. They were nasty and confrontational but some how kissed enough field leaders to “earn” the award. Fired for using profane language when talking with their team.

Ahh they're still doing the national "drink the Kool-Aid, brown nosing and kiss a-s awards?"

Getting Rid of the older staff gets you an award before they let you go because they won't need you either.

The paragon awards are simply for kool-aid drinkers, who eat, sleep and breathe metrics.
That and they make the heart symbol with their hands on social media, and know how to cozy up to the DL & RD. It's disgusting.
