You're gonna be let go due to Performance issues which they made up to get rid of you. They will let you go for cause and no corrections to improve they tatgeted whole departments to go top to bottom there will be no Severance, no Unemployment. Suggestion go collect unemployment that will be pretty clear that what they are up to. And yes they are not waiting to let you go they are gonna cut you right off after the HR Meeting no time to prepare. I suggest someone organizimeca Class action lawsuit because they are doing Ageism period and no one is safe now, Di t matter how good you are or how important you are you are a number to them. I suggest whoever is in HR reading this you might want to rethink and get rid of the lot now than in August this is no secret!
Every single department all going off shore getting out of the US Completely don't matter even if the jobs have to be in the US. They already thought of that have an office in any state and funnel the outsourced through there. This is huge only the Executives chosen in the US keep their positions and the pay and stick value goes through the roof.
Offshore taking all the jobs....
Nothing over hiring 100 more engineers and 200.testers ,
