It's not a game. It's corporate greed. More for them, less for everyone else...including those doing the work.
If you are still at Fiserv, I have to wonder why. It's a dead end. Get out, make more money in a place that might actually value you.

Hey now, you be happy with your surface book that overheats and can barely run excel and edge at the same time. Oh and all the zscaler and connectivity issues. That’s your problem as an employee to figure out. No excuses!
