Remember to pay attention to which posts get removed. Those are the ones that management doesn't want you to see. If they are worth the time it takes to send a threatening email, then they be saying something that is worth suppressing.

@5hin+1tica0SG It's becoming painfully obvious that they post as well. Should be embarrassing, but I guess they're shameless.
Many of the HR and Legal execs follow this page. They started reading it to monitor whether planned layoffs were being leaked by managers. God forbid anyone get advanced warning. Now, however, they follow it for insight.
Keep the politics out of it please. We're here for layoff info, not your take on the president's mental capacities.
This is def monitored. Keep speaking your truth.
Stop being so paranoid. If HR had any influence here, they would have shuttered this entire board long time ago, as the most of the writings here are about their ineptness and their crooked policies.
If your post is inline with the website's ToS it'll stick. Avoid swears and insults and that's it. Also, given it's an anon board, posting names and initials of non-public individuals isn't allowed (can't bash your coworkers and middle managers.).
They send a cease-and- desist e-mail to the admin. Probably claim that some confidential info is being leaked. Nobody wants to be sued so they take it down.
How does the bank take down the posts? By reporting them?
This thread has been pruned significantly in the last hour. The deletions are happening much quicker that other boards that I'm watching. It's probably not the site mods - they could have just nuked the whole thread if they had a concern. Therefore, we can safely assume that the bank has stepped up its monitoring of this site. We are left to speculate on the reasons behind that.
The SW post didn't even name names! The cleaners are deep on this page.

Can you summarize the posts that gotten taken down? You haven’t given us enough info to support your conclusion
A post with made up names just got taken down!
HR is trying to minimize the possibility of lawsuits. Any info put on this forum could be used to support a case against them. Whatever is going on over there they know they are on thin ice.
What are the last few posts that have been taken down? What topics.
I could have sworn I typed the word "must" before the "be" in that last sentence. Oh, well I be uncoordinated.
