Don’t be a fool. Don’t carry the burden. You’ll get nothing in return. Do the minimum of what’s asked of you and always look for other opportunities.

This year has been dry promotions. Manager said take whatever you can get at this moment there is no value for any employees. Time to start looking elsewhere.
The leaders of this org are so uninspiring; they make it clear you’re expendable and the tone from the top is all wrong. The overall strategy is unclear and despite a new initiative every week client issues still pile up. Institutional knowledge is flying out the door like paper in a moving vehicle with the window open and morale takes hit after hit. Nobody is trusted to do their work without being scrutinized and VPs come and go so frequently there’s no bringing any project to conclusion.
He and his clan members are strip mining Fiserv and it hurts the staff and customers aka “The actually parties who make this company work”. Spot on great quote.. will steal it lol
High performers receive the same 3% as the bare minimum performers.

Pretty much, just do what you know you need to get done, not worth putting any extra in, it gets you zero in return. Actually less than zero due to the added stress. Fiserv has given their employees nothing to strive for, no advancement options within teams, just basically dead end positions where they hire day 1 people off the street for more than long term veterans of the same position. Basically “just sit and be a worker bee and praise us for allowing you to work here” is the mentality of management here it seems.
We should be partners in this company not treated like 2nd class expendable serfs. I really hope clients know of this site so when they wonder why their service is so crummy they realize what FB has done to a once great company.
