Ummm they haven't given a sh!t about the associate engagement survey for a few years.
Bet they hold the announcement regarding the cuts until after the associate engagement survey. After all, they have to make it look like we’re engaged.
It will be interesting to see if they provide the details on benefit changes before or after the annual associate engagement survey.
An ethical company that actually cares would release the changes from the total rewards survey, and gauge the sentiments from the annual associate survey. I wouldn't be shocked if they wait until after the annual employee survey to then share whatever benefit changes are happening. This allows them to keep a better narrative going and continue to deflect on core concerns of associates.
I seem to remember a group on here claiming to KNOW we were in for such BIG changes coming 7/1....what a joke. Don't believe everyone on the internet folks!
Should have been by now based on historical announcement, but I think they’ll time it closer to Fall EROs and RIFs so people won’t think twice before jumping off the crazy train! They want was many gone as possible prior to 2025.
