Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Until CVS becomes “Employee Obsessed”, employees will not be customer obsessed. Treat employees as you want them to treat your customers.

The only thing that keeps me going is servicing my customers. I know CVS doesn't care about me. I haven't called in in over 3 years, I always exceed productivity and quality metrics. My supervisor told me they weren't allowed to give anything above a satisfactory rating on our evaluations. I know her & I believe her. I've been on a great team with hardworking, loyal people for over 8 years and I've watched CVS decimate us over the last 4 of those 8 years. CVS is a monster.

Cvs has turned its back on employees and it's become every man for himself. Nobody gives two sh--s about going above and beyond if it results in being let go anyway.

I used to go above and beyond for the customer but stopped once I came to the realization that CVS doesn’t give a dam about any of us. What’s the point, to feel good? I’d feel much better with a cost of living adjustment.

Old guard CEOs and boards dont approach business that way.

Youll only find that mentality in younger CEOs

As a clinician, this is sadly the worst company I’ve ever worked for.

100%. They share equal importance in priorities with neither being more or less important than the other.
