Relocation assistance?

I have been with Nike for about 2 years now and I cannot take it anynore. I am ready to resign with no job lined up. If I quit, should I refund Nike for tge relocation money?

Usually relo is only paid back if you leave within the first 12 months, but you should check your agreement.

From an outsider perspective, make sure you do a pro/con list before making an emotional decision. It’s easy to do it in the moment but need to logistically plan your finances before doing so. Good luck!

I just went and looked up my paper works I recieved. It says if resignation is within one year from the start date. You should be good. Good for you to prioritize your mental health
