So sweetie- pie Safra has dumped OA to the curbed. Which begs the question- Which orgs are next on the chopping block? Guaranteed that more chopping is going to happen this year!

AI reorg timing is good for LE and SC. Unloading middle mgmt has a been a concern for a while.
“ 99% of everything here is nonsense “
I didn’t realize that you posted that much!
Ah for the good old days when you could get a car or a ride.
Ya know, as a former Oracle employee I come over to this site every now and then to see what’s up. And it’s funny to see the same pro-Oracle groupies still telling everyone how any comments about upcoming layoffs are just lies and nonsense. Even after Big O has slashed thousands of jobs since 2015. Does anyone truly believe that Oracle won’t layoff anyone ever again?
I am so incredibly grateful I left when I did to get away from the Oracle cesspool. Best decision ever.
@5yam+1tiD2oS6 Is one of those useless Oracle lifers who kisses management’s behind at every turn. He’s the kind of employee no one should EVER trust or confide in. To say that the OP pointing out the obvious about upcoming layoffs as false “doom and gloom” says all you need to know about this little twerp @5yam+1tiD2oS6.
Oh cool, more broad doom and gloom predictions with absolutely nothing to back it up. Keep calling your shot, maybe one day you might actually end up correct.
The Oracle way will soon be ancient history. SC has already established that. This is a new era. AI can better manage accurately reporting to upper mgmt. Mid level will no longer be needed. Butt Ki—ing will no longer exist. Oracle’s margins will be interesting post corruption.
Well, I can say who will NOT be on the chopping block - Managers and butt-kissers. For everyone else, you’re in danger of losing your job. That’s the Oracle way.
Which orgs are next on the chopping block?
Which org did you say you were in? That one.
CX - Do you want to part of anything that is not growing exponentially in the age of AI ?
"Which part of CX? "
Does it matter?
I think that the younger pre-sales, as well as the older sales staff are all in the crosshairs. After that the architects and Sales Engineers (whatever they want to call themselves this quarter) are in the queue.
Which part of CX? CX comprises a number of products
Always CX. For the past few years I outlived 80% of my colleagues in CX, but the game of musical chairs will eventually beat me. I accepted it and enjoying the ride.
CX ?
One an event has occurred, it is statistically far more likely to happen again.
I’d call it rare event theory, except that it is hardly rare at Oracle.
No one is safe at Oracle. No one. Anyone who thinks they’re protected from RIF is a fool.
