I can’t tell you how many merger and acquisitions have been flops. Whoever keeps finding these companies need to stop because I can’t recall the last one that actually did something

there are a few companies that nike acquired for who knows how many millions and absolutely nothing was done with it, that consumer analytics company, that augmented reality to size your apparel/footwear size, and I few more I cant remember.

Agreed on Adobe & Cognizant. Also wonder when ServiceNow will come up. JD pushed strongly for the significantly increased contract with them to help line his own pockets. Now a bunch of teams are stuck with this sh!t product that is wildly overpriced. How has this not been highlighted yet? If JD had an ethical bone in his body he would have stayed out of any negotiations with ServiceNow but he clearly doesn’t as he partnered with the Rat and JB to force Nike into this cr-ppy solution.

Who is going to speak up about Adobe, who mandated it to be signed, how it was supposed to bring billions in digital revenue and after hundreds of millions, being written off?

Or Cognizant?

Would be good to have some accountability - DA, SB, RL, JD having to explain themselves

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors that: (1) Nike’s direct-to-consumer strategy was unable to generate sustainable revenue growth; (2) Nike’s purported competitive advantages were unable to protect the Company from intense competitive pressures after NIKE largely disengaged from many of its wholesale and retail partners to focus on the Company’s direct-to-consumer strategy; and (3) as a result, Defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times
