Laid off in April. Nike was, by far, the worst professional experience ever had.
I come here in this site to validate I was not crazy, but rather Nike is and will always be toxic.
I do not want the company to go broke. I have friends there and also stocks.
But I do want the place to get better.
So here is the paradox: happy to validate I was not the crazy one, sad to see sounds like it is being fixable at this point.
Anyways… life outside is better. Got a new role, do not have to deal with bad leaders such as MD, JH, DA, RA, JC, JL, EC, TT, MF, CF, making more money and also working on a healthy place. Use Nike for what it s worth - a few lines in your resume, and get outta there quickly.
Last comment: FK and MM, will you allow bad leaders to run GT, unchecked, again? Same mistakes over and over? When will you do something about it? Honor your job and your role.
