Long story short, corporate caught wind of what our region leaders were telling us to do with mid year reviews. Now our region leaders are advising us to share with BLs and their teams that we have to grade performance as the overall score number on P2P 100+ is on track, 90-100 partially and under 90 is off. This is what was communicated throughout the year but they recently tried to tell us you need to tell your BL to share with their teams that they needed all 6 individual buckets to be green for them and their teams to be on track in performance.
The update is that it’s going back to how everyone thought it would be with the overall score, but there’s a catch. Now they want us to manipulate the behavior section of the mid year review. If our branch leaders and their teams have the amount of necessary CCG behaviors ect, they are telling us to say the BL and their teams are partially on track if they aren’t having pull through on their sales performance even though behaviors and sales performance have their own categories in the review. Clearly an unethical attempt to manipulate the process to place people lower than where they should be.
