The tone of the call was completely dry and tense. Anybody else feel that? Also that the most questions and effort spent by the BS’ers than I’ve heard in a long time.
definitely agree with the sense check, im in ops, they laid off the wholesale sales team in 2020, do u know what happen next?
the workload could not be managed by the leftover few, thus they hired an army of etws, with turnover of approx 6-12mths(due to no benefit) where the role requires prolong relationship building with key geographic retailers.

the questions from the investors were ON POINT - hey MF, WTF happened in the last 90 days that you didn't foresee this clusterfk about to happen, hey MF what happened over the last 12-18 months that you couldn't predict your own business properly? You could sense him sweating through his answer... the dynamic duo basically admitted the failure of CDA by saying they needed to "rebalance" the wholesale vs dtc sales....no way really?? tell that to all the wholesale sales teams you laid off in 2020 with you aggressive strategy that you guaranteed would RECAPTURE all the lost wholesale business. You mo--ns deserve to spew in this bullst....I'm done, I no longer have any respect left for this place. Either JD, MF or HON need to go.
