That's nonsense. They are outsourcing entire capabilities like call centers. Tilak is babbling the same futuristic myths that have been perpetuated for decades. CVS has huge legacy tech debt and systems complexity that will be too costly to realize his dreams. Makes a nice story for Wall Street though.
