I feel constantly gaslighted and humiliated. None of us are stupid. We know what all this is about. Can we set the terms of engagement as grown ups, with as little bullsh-t talk as possible? Upper mgmt wants money, they don’t care about the company, employees or clients. Employees are the same to them as chairs and printing paper. Very disposable. So we can be tossed away anytime. Can we be in the meantime spared from mgmt performative cr-p talk, for the love of God??

Its what you get when you let a foreign mafia print your currency. If it makes you feel any better they will probably start WW3 soon since the cattle are getting too uppity
At this point most of the Sr Leaders would be far better off and likely somewhat more popular if they just didn’t talk at all.
Look to the top - a short, rancid man thrashing about in the sandbox denying entry to anyone who might like to play there too. But his tantrums are so unbearable they just go to another area of the playground and hope he will leave soon.
