Talent and experience are being let go. If anybody is taken onboard, they usually have no clue. The whole operation now looks to me like theatrical scenery without substance, a front pretending to be a bank. Until it’s completely hollowed out. It’s all a money extraction scheme, it doesn't matter that there will be no bank left in the end.
