Well its confirmed I just heard from my 3rd liner that there is probably not going to be anything offered to union in way of an eisp package .possible untill possibly later 2025 or even later. And No it has nothing to do with the new terrible logo ,but seriously if your ready to go now dont hold up for rumors cause it maybe a while if ever

The end is near start your job search
No new work again this past month, maybe in July we'll actually have something to do. But i doubt it.
Fios is spiraling, every building we attempt to to install it in doesn't want any more wires. The neighboring buildings we have to run the cables through don't want someone else's wires either.
The tenants don't even want Fios. Spectrum is running fiber now also. And nobody wants that .
Verizon and T mobile are handing out wireless 4G routers for a song, just to retain customers , and for most people that's enough.
no wires , no boxes, no crazy monthly bill$$. The cord cutters' time has truly finally come! i see it first hand, in the field , access denied, every single day! Not from an office, not from an algorithm, not from my uncle, just boots on the ground. Now what??
That's right. Union indentured servants get back in your holes. With luck, and I do mean luck, you will live to see retirement after Hans and your CWA handlers have sukked the life out of you.
The light be a package hidden in them there fold of the logo.
So yeah eisp for union package for management off payroll in September. What else is there to say
Lies.....
straight from my steward quit the BS
Good afternoon.
The union understands there is a rumor of a package being offered in the 3 or 4th quarter. We are not sure of the titles. We have set up seminars and a Zoom meeting to assist everyone with information so that an informed decision can be made if retirement is in your future.
The talk of an eipp or package or buyout, whichever is the term of the day, is creating a waiting game. the union associates won't pull the trigger on retiring because they don't want to lose out on some bonus cash and or time added . Which leaves the company with a bunch of older and broken down techs that do a little less each day than they used to do. Age happens.
damned if you do , damned if you don't
$100,000,000 for a new logo.
I actually believe this to be more accurate lets face it the management is in the middle of a vsp with off payroll in September.I would say untill all that plays out along with any realignment. The company probably wont be looking toward the union associates till next year or later .I would assume before the end of the contract extension though but maybe not by then the people they wanted off may have left with age without any extra money offered
