there are security rules that laptop cannot be taken out of US and work has to be done in the US locally, that's why they dont fire any IT or Engineering folks.
What do you mean us jobs can't be outsourced? I thought we had ghost offices supposedly in Kansas or something like that with people from India that were based out of! Prove it.
This is impossible to answer across the board. I haven't seen big cuts on the PBM side but have heard through the grapevine that things are tight and all expenses are being questioned.
3 open reqs, 4 pending promotions, and work has to be done inside US, cannot be outsourced.
