Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Does anyone wake up excited about this cr-p?

Seriously…. Is there anyone out there that wakes up happy to go put up a cr-p Walmart order with way too much, then go do it again and again… ruining their knees? Or wake up motivated to go talk to managers and try to get displays? Cause i sure as he-l don’t, and every day wake up miserable with the thought of it.

I like the job, but was asked about a refused order. HMM, let's see... "like you Don't already know".
Since backstock is multiplying, taking over like some alien life form, in the stockroom that could be the main reason.
I'd love to know whom had this "brilliant idea" to explode the WM orders.....
I'd like to say.. "You're Fired".
But, before that I'll get a lawn chair, a cold drink and a first class seat to watch this BOZO slave at a 200 to 300 case order.
Oh, and the store is stifling hot. But that's not all... That's your 1st store, you have 2 more deliveries, pics, displays and you only have ... so much time. 🫨

As I was getting ready to step off of being a FTOW and since I started my new full time job some chaos has broken loose. My first day of my new job one of the FTOWs who was a SrSSR quits because he comes into his first store pi---d off(he’s pretty disgruntled to begin with but never to this extent) he asks one of the grocery part timers to move out of his way the kid doesn’t move so he shoves him out of the way one of the managers sees it asks him to leave. On his way out he see the Coke sales rep for that area and he starts cursing him out. He sends out a group text to the DM, both RMS’s and the sales rep saying I quit. On the other hand the FTOW that was supposed to be replacing my schedule has been out since the time I came back from vacation earlier this month just prior to leaving not sure if it’s personal reasons or using time to look for another job or both. Either or no surprise yet on the other hand someone who quit as a FTOW last summer who came back as a part timer is going back to being a FTOW. Coming back as a part timer given you have another job for extra cash is one thing but why go back to being a FTOW after knowing all the he-l you have to go through? I’m lead to believe they were probably su-ked into it but I would never recommend going back to it after leaving. I mean do you really wanna go through all that he-l again with packing out 4 loads, writing 3 of them, working through backstock that keeps piling up and getting dinged for every small mistake. My response HE-L NO. It’ll only be a matter of time before their life is miserable I would’ve advised them to get full time somewhere else.

I enjoy the Job, it's the way the company treats us.
Everyone is setup for failure out here.
Mission one is a complete failure.
They may as well go warehouse at this point.
