I’m either overloaded, clearly being given tasks left after people who were laid off, or twiddling my thumbs waiting for anything to do. I can hear from others that they have similar experiences. It all seems completely disorganized. I don’t know how they imagine all those layoffs with badly managed reorg will produce any results.

Having a great time. Protecting my team from getting abused and telling others to get their house in order. Loving it.
Misery across the entire team. No clear plan, strategy, roles and responsibilities or urgency around new prioritized work. It's mind-numbing. And our leader is more paranoid than ever and is taking it out on the rest of the team. Several teammates are actively looking for new jobs and our team will probably implode in the Fall.
I am in the same boat. I have been over loaded going in around 7:30 and working till 6:30 pm. The thing is after phase 2, my manager compeletely flipped. He was a decent guy but many of his colleagues were let go. He converted to a jersey these days trying to back stab each and every one in the team! I get it
