Not the entire Tampa wealth team…only the good ones and their admins.

After merger Truist started letting go great employees then started alienating great clients, they started to not care about their employees then not care about their clients, they started selling off parts of the bank then started selling out lower asset level clients to call centers. Finally they just started treating their employees like garbage and that has transcended down to clients. Its no wonder they have had a mass exit. Local management drinks the corporate cool-aide and every employee and every client is just a number and a transaction. The days of relationships and caring are done. Only hope is to get leadership that can take them back to putting the client first and revenue second. Treating the employee like family instead if using them as a tool to force products on clients.
Ceo cldnt run a hairdryer let alone a bank.
"Any AVPs among the bunch?'
Oh gosh, I hope not!!!
Any AVPs among the bunch?
Our Jacksonville, Saint John’s, Saint Augustine and Volusia wealth team left too. I’m the only one left and they treat me like garbage. Everyone went to competition who cares for their teammates.
News flash Truist Wealth kind of a joke too
Huntington Wealth is a joke. No one will go there.
Just wait until the Wealth exodus to Huntington begins! They’ll gut South Eastern Wealth and any Premier Banker worth their salt! Hang in there and have resumes ready, my friends!
Wealth side or investment side?
Not all, but many. 8 or 9 people with all that experience, tenure, and revenue. Phil Collins: “is anybody listening? There’s no reply at all…”
Fact. Leadership is all BBT and brain dead especially the MD.
