Any VTeamers know how many people win presidents club or winners circle? New Retail Specialist here wanting find out how you win and what number of Retail Specialist get it. What are the measurements to qualifying?

I’m general, i would direct you to the micro site to see the qualifications. Presidents Cabinet is generally top 1% of sales positions, but they kind of adjust based on where and the cost. When I was in Monaco there were about 350 of us total. When it was Hawaii, there were prolly a couple hundred more.

Get out while you can. This quota system is based on growth( new lines(phones) ) in a saturated market. At this moment I wouldn’t worry about President clubs or winners circles. I hope you’re familiar in the bill payment machine, fixing emails, billing problems(usually created by a reseller) i messaging not working, and others issues that customers come in for and you’re not trained in. If you can get thru that and sell 40 to 50 gross ads a month , Then you will have answerd your question. Good luck
I don’t know if there is a hard number. Your store manager and assistant managers have access to a leaderboard to see what reps have met the criteria to be eligible and your ranking as well.
