If you are soon to be laid off or turning in a resignation because of return to office or dismayed by the state of the company, as so many are. My advice is build it better. The customers will follow. Fiserv has miscalculated that outsourcing to a subpar workforce because of low cost will benefit stocks. This is temporary. When clients realize what has really been sold at this cost they will look for a replacement with better service.
